In planning a 10,000+ mile motorcycle trip from Indiana to Alaska I knew I'd need an oil change enroute. My map told me I'd be near Great Falls when the first change was needed and the browser led me to Sports City Cyclery. I was parked at the door at 8:00am on a Monday (note, store doesn't open until 9) and when Steve from the service department arrived, I explained my need of service and without hesitation said sure, since you're traveling, we'll put you first in line so you can be on your way. Forty minutes later, my Goldwing was pulled out of service and I was on my way. During the 40 minutes, I happened to speak with Candance and told her by the end of my trip I'd be needing a set of tires. She quickly quoted me a price for a pair of Dunlop Elite IV tires. Three weeks later, on my return from the Arctic Circle and Alaska the tires were definitely in order. Before calling to confirm a service appointment I did some price checking on line in Seattle and Yakima (both along my route) and back at home. Easy choice. I called and scheduled and said I'd be coming back through and if they could give me a quick turn around for the tire and another oil change, I'd do the deal. Again, I was there before the store opened on July 5th and they had me placed at the front of the line for service. By 10:30 I was heading eastward. Everyone is always nervous about being a victim when needing service hundreds or thousands of miles from their home base....... I can only report I wish Sport City WAS my home base. Pricing was better than I could get at home and the service was absolutely first class. Many thanks to Travis, Steve and Candance (and yes, her name is Candance .. must be a story there but I didn't learn it) for making my once in a lifetime journey a bit more perfect! If you're on a road trip through the Great Falls, MT area, definitely the place to go for your motorcycle service needs (and you can drool over their inventory while your service is being peformed too.)

We were in Great Falls for business and stopped in to get parts for our VTX1300s. As we walked in we saw a Goldwing at the door...my wife and I have been really wanting one for a while. As we were looking we were approached for a test ride. WOW....yeah, we would love to. After the test ride we were sold....there was no pushy sales pitch or pressure at all. We left and a few days later we returned with credit app in hand. There was a few problems but Scott didn't give up on us....he was great. He did everything he could and we ended up with a new Goldwing at a price that could not be beat. Thank you so much Scott... Russell and Holly Pridgen

These guys really helped me out. Snapped my clutch cable while travelling through the area on a Sunday night, Monday by noon I'm back on the road. Nice guys to deal with and the price was very fair.

I had a problem with my Polaris Sportsman X2 sputtering and back firing. I figured it was electrical but my local shop insisted that i needed a new fuel pump and quoted me over $500 to have it replaced. My local shop also wanted over $600 for a new clutch since they claim it's better to replace rather than repair. I took my 4 Wheeler to Sport City Cyclery and they solved my electrical issue, rebuilt the clutch and even replaced my front springs with heavy duty ones for plowing, all for under $500. Great service department, I won't take my Polaris anywhere else.

Would like to say a big thanks to these guys for helping me out. I bent my rotor and had my bike towed to Great Falls, where these guys surgically bent my rotor back into place to get me going so I could catch up with my group. Helpful courteous and fair they got to my bike even though they had a busy shop. Thanks again!!

I have had nothing bad to say about these guys. The owner is an old crusty motorcycle rider, who loves vintage British bikes (one of my hobbies). The shop staff is extremely friendly and will help you in any way. Service here is also great, very accommodating around my schedule. Overall this dealership/shop has provided me with everything I need and I will continue to bring my bike there for all its maintenance.

BUYING A NEW BIKE WAS AS EASY AND PAINLESS AS IT POSSIBLE COULD HAVE BEEN. SCOTT WAS ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC AND IF I EVER PURCHASE A NEW BIKE IT WILL BE 100% FROM SPORTS CITY. THE WHOLE STAFF WAS FRIENDLY, AND FAST. SCOTT HAD MY BIKE READY FOR A TEST RIDE WHEN I SHOWED UP AND GOING THROUGH THE PAPERWORK AFTER MY RIDE WAS EFFORTLESS. SCOTT EVEN LOADED AND TIED DOWN MY NEW BIKE IN THE BACK OF MY PICKUP. ALL IN A NUTSHELL I WOULD SAY THAT SPORTS CITY CYLCLERY HAS EARNED A LIFE LONG CUSTOMER HANDS DOWN.
